How to structure and layout your Triathlon Training Plan easily and effectively

- Why you should start writing your own Triathlon Training Plan now -

If you want to become a good triathlete you should start scheduling your training professionally by designing and writing a Training Plan. It will become your guideline and schedule for necessary training efforts to take. I'm going to describe what I feel is the best method for writing your own training plan.

Start simply by writing a training diary. Keep record of your training efforts and a short note on how you felt immediately after your training as well about how you felt the following days. Try to get a feeling for how your body reacts on different training stimuli. Don't worry too much about any results at this time. Just do your homework and gather your "data".

When you later analyze this information you will get some nice insights about your performance, your necessary time for recovery and how to best organize your training according to this information. At this time you already became quite familiar with all the different training methods and concepts I'm about to explain here so you can start right away to outline your training plan by using your training record as a template.

We are just going to adjust and fine-tune your template a little bit with proven training concepts that you will learn pretty soon here on triathlonadventures.com. Just start your training diary and collect this highly relevant information about yourself. In the next step we tap into the power of converting your diary into a full-grown training manual, your very own, personal Triathlon Training Plan!
